What is the registration process?
• To register for JAMIS Summit 2011 please complete the online registration form.

What are the payment methods available for the Summit?
• Registration fees can be paid either by check or by credit card. Please visit the registration page for further details.

If I cannot attend, can my registration be transferred to someone else within my company?
• Registrations are transferable within individual organizations. Please notify us of any change either by emailing summit@jamis.com or calling Tiffany Pierce at 303.279.2929.

Are group discounts available?
• Yes. Companies who send 3 or 4 attendees will receive 5% off full registration price and those sending 5 or more attendees will receive 10% off full registration price.

What is your cancellation policy?

• Please either email summit@jamis.com or phone Tiffany Pierce at 303.279.2929 to cancel your registration. Registration fees will be refunded for cancellations received up to 30 days prior to the Summit.

I’m bringing a guest. Can they attend the evening activities with me?
• Guests are welcome to attend the evening activities for $125 per evening.

Are the evening activities mandatory?
• No they are not, however your registration does cover these events as well and attendees find them an excellent opportunity to network.

I have special dietary requirements, how can I make sure they are met?
• Simply leave a brief description of your needs in the “special needs or dietary requirements” box on the registration page and we will see to it they are taken care of.

What is the attire for the Summit?
• The attire for the JAMIS Summit is business casual. Evening events are casual.

How do I make my hotel reservations?
• Simply click on the “Make my hotel reservation” link after completing your registration, make your reservation online here or call the Catamaran Resort Hotel and Spa directly at 800.422.8386 and mention JAMIS Software to receive the conference rate.

How long does it take to get to and from the airport, and how much does it cost?
• The hotel is located about 15 minutes from the airport. Taxi service is available at the ground transportation islands at the airport and fares are approximately $20. Cloud Nine Super Shuttle is also available by reservation for $12 per passenger by calling 1-800-974-8885 or visiting http://www.cloud9shuttle.com.

Will I be able to check my email throughout the Summit?
• Yes. The hotel is equipped with complimentary wireless high speed internet. During the conference there will be a Technology Center available with laptops and a printer for attendees to use during breaks.

I am a local attendee who will be driving to the conference. What is the cost for parking?
• Parking charges are $13 per day for self-parking and $17 per day for valet. Typically, there is abundant parking available on the streets near the hotel for those who do not wish to pay for parking.

What are the typical weather conditions in San Diego in late October?
• Average highs are in the mid-70s and lows in the low-60s

I will be extending my trip before/after the conference. Are there local attractions near the hotel?
• San Diego and Mission Bay Park offer a wide range of water sports, recreational activities and local attractions. Visit Catamaran’s web site for information on activities and attractions in Mission Bay and San Diego. For additional information please visit the San Diego Convention and Visitor’s Bureau.
