The head of the Defense Contract Audit Agency told agency employees Tuesday to emphasize audit quality over cost and speed, and she unveiled new job performance standards intended to enforce that message.
The agency is responsible for auditing pricing on defense contracts to ensure the taxpayer is getting a good deal. read full story...
